Microwave: pierce or open the lid and place the tray in the microwave. Heat on maximum power for 2.5 minutes. In frying pan/pot: place the contents of the tray in a frying pan or pot. Heat for 10 minutes.

    These ready meals are fantastic-tasty, well-portioned with real chicken, and no need for fridge or freezer. They taste much better than typical processed options at a similar price. Just add some MCT oil and salad for a healthy, convenient lunch. Perfect for work or on-the-go. Definitely will keep buying these!
