Kale powder is a food made from 100% kale (Brassica oleracea), which means that its properties are intact. Kale is increasingly used due to its nutritional properties, more than 50 nutritional bioactives have been found in its composition, it has a high vitamin content, contains glucosinolates, polyphenols, as well as carotenoids.

Chlorella powder 150g - EssentialSeries

Chlorella powder is a supplement made solely from Chlorella pyrenoidosa, an algae that grows in fresh water. Its composition is full of essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Some of its properties are as follows: it supports the immune system, promotes the detoxification of the body, maintains energy and tonicity, beneficially affects sugar and cholesterol levels, and can also increase the growth of the intestinal microflora.

1 slice of melon
Cinnamon powder
250ml water
2 ice cubes

How to prepare: Barley Grass and Melon Smoothie

Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend well.
Serve in a glass.

Great Smoothies

The products in the pack contain a lot of nutrients. As some days I don't usually eat a lot of vegetables, I decided to buy it to give that extra to my body. The smoothies are very tasty and I am very happy, I highly recommend it.
