As I only take vegan proteins I always bought the ones that come already combined, but this pack is divine, it has all the protein sources with the neutral flavor option which for me is crucial to not take sweeteners. I mix them in equal parts to obtain the complete aminogram, although some already have it, but this way I take advantage of their properties. I will repeat although 2kg is a lot.

HOW TO TAKE?

It is advisable to take protein regularly in order to experience the best results. We suggest taking it for 4 weeks at least together with a workout routine:

  • Soy Protein Isolate 2.0: mix 1 scoop (30g) in 250ml of skimmed milk or water.
  • Brown Rice Protein Isolate: mix 1 scoop (30g) in 200ml of skimmed milk or water.
  • Hemp Protein Powder: mix 1 scoop (30g) in 200ml of water.
