Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg 120 veg caps - EssentialSeries

This food supplement is made solely from acetyl L-carnitine HCl, which has been developed from the hydrochloric salt of ALCAR. This is the form in which we obtain the maximum possible amount of the active ingredient we are interested in.

Each capsule contains 500mg of ALCAR, which means that the recommended daily dose is met with just one capsule.

L-Tyrosine 150g - RawSeries

Tyrosine is a proteinogenic amino acid that is synthesised through the action of the enzyme phenylalanine hydroxylase, converting L-phenylalanine into L-tyrosine. In this case we present it in powder form, which makes it very easy to take, just mix the recommended dose with 50ml of water.

This supplement belongs to our RawSeries brand, which means that it is 100% L-Tyrosine, with no additives. The solubility of L-Tyrosine is excellent as it has been filtered so that its particle size is very small, so you don't need a shaker or specific container to mix it.

Ultra Omega-3 120 softgels - EssentialSeries

EssentialSeries Ultra Omega-3 is a food supplement based on Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA + DHA). This is a type of polyunsaturated fat, which our body needs but cannot synthesise on its own. The combination of EPA + DHA, two essential acids, contributes to normal heart function, maintenance of normal brain function and maintenance of normal vision.

This supplement ensures a minimum content of 60% of the bioactive fatty acids of the Omega 3 series (35% EPA and 25% DHA) and is IFOS-certified, which guarantees its quality.

Rhodiola Rosea Extract 350mg 120 veg caps - EssentialSeries

This is the root extract of the Rhodiola rosea plant, 5 times more concentrated and with a standardised content of 3% Rosavins. Rhodiola Rosea contributes to normal blood circulation and helps the body adapt to emotional stress and physical exertion.

Research into the properties of this plant has focused on the Rosavins content, which is why we have declared the content of this active ingredient.

HOW TO TAKE?

Upon rising and before breakfast:

Take 1/2 scoop (1g) of L-Tyrosine powder with 50ml of water.

Next to Breakfast:

Take 1 vegetable capsule of Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg + 1 vegetable capsule of Rhodiola Rosea extract.

By the Lunch:
