In the production of HSN syrups, we have used quality ingredients, and have rejected the water + flavouring option so common in the industry that only results in watery syrups with no calories. That's not what we want!

Low in calories - Suitable for all diets

Is our Fitness syrup absolutely 0 calories? No, but bear this in mind.

First of all, there is no such thing as 0-calorie syrups as such, they always have a certain calorie content. Let's imagine that a syrup made with water and flavourings provides 10 or 15 calories per 100g, which is not even one calorie per usual serving.

However, this option often has an unpleasant taste and consistency.

Our recipe indeed has slightly more calories, but they are only about 3 kcal per serving, so it can also be considered 'calorie-free', and yet its flavour is more intense, and natural, and its density is greater, achieving an excellent consistency.

Good consistency inspired by traditional recipe - It doesn't look like a Fit syrup.

Thanks to the use of more natural ingredients, inspired by the classic recipe of the original chocolate-orange syrups, but without sugars, the syrup's consistency is better.

For example, thanks to the use of erythritol, the density per ml of the syrup is higher than if only intense sweeteners were used. Not only does this allow for a more balanced sweetness, but it also avoids those syrups that are so watery that they can become unappetising. In this way, we obtain syrups of greater density, with better flavour and without calories.

Try it with Sponge Cakes and Oatmeal Pancakes!

Chocolate and Orange Syrup is the ideal topping for sweet Fitness recipes.

You can use it on top of Evocakes 2.0, or after making delicious Protein Porridge by HSN.

Here's another idea:

  1.  Mix 100g of oat flour with 5g of pure cocoa powder and the zest of a quarter of an orange peel in a bowl.
  2.  Add sweetener to taste, you can use Xylitol.
  3.  Pour over the dry mixture, 150ml egg whites and one whole egg.
  4.  If necessary, lighten the dough with skimmed milk.
  5.  Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place it in the microwave at maximum power until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Cut into slices, serve on a plate and top it with Chocolate and Orange Syrup by HSN. Delicious!

    The format is great. As for the orange and chocolate flavor, for my taste it is very industrial and with the minimum amount it would be enough. I like the semi gelatinous texture.
