Ingredients

Micellar casein (milk) [emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)], defatted cocoa powder (10-12% cocoa butter, Theobroma cacao seeds), flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sodium chloride, acidity regulator (potassium carbonate), natural flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).

    I like caseins to make porridges by mixing them with milk or water until I get a homogeneous and thick mass. This way I get protein in a different way. It is very good for the price, and the lemon cheesecake flavor is quite good.
