Melatonin 1.8mg by EssentialSeries is a food supplement in vegetable tablets, based on melatonin and vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride.
No glazing agents have been used in its production to form the tablet, so its disintegration and absorption is extremely rapid, producing a peak melatonin concentration very quickly.

I had read very positive comments about the effectiveness of this supplement and I have to say that I am delighted. I'm a very light sleeper and since I've been taking it, I don't wake up as easily as I used to. Results sooner than I expected.
