Melatonin + 5-HTP 1.9/100mg by EssentialSeries is a food supplement in vegetable tablets, based on Melatonin and 16:1 extract of Griffonia simplicifolia seeds, standardised at 25% 5-HTP, with Pyridoxine Hydrochloride as a source of Vitamin B6, and Magnesium Citrate as a source of elemental Magnesium.

Griffonia simplicifolia seeds have a high content of a metabolite of the amino acid L-tryptophan, called 5-HTP.

In addition, the concentration of 5-HTP has been determined in the extract, so that we know exactly how much of the chemical constituent of the seeds it contains.
