With specific amino acids: GABA, L-Theanine, and Glycine, complementing the formula

Besides plant extracts and melatonin, Sleep Care includes specific amino acids that complete and set the formula apart: GABA, L-theanine, and Glycine.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a non-proteinogenic amino acid of great interest in functional nutrition. We included a dose of 300 mg per daily serving.
