Ingredients

Glycine, inulin, magnesium citrate, natural flavourings, Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract (15:1) [25% 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan (5-HTP)], gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), L-theanine [from green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis)], acid (malic acid), colour (ammonia caramel), melatonin.

Warnings

Store in a cool (below 25°C), dry and dark place. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Nutritional supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet. It is necessary to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. An excessive consumption can cause intestinal discomfort. Avoid consumption in conjunction with medicines and other fibre-based food supplements. The scoop/product quantity equivalences (grams or milligrams) are indicative, as the density of powdered products may vary between flavours and batches.
