How to make: Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich

- Start by cutting the chicken breast into fillets. Place on a board and cover with parchment paper or cling film.
- Flatten the breast by beating it with a rolling pin to make soft, evenly thick fillets for better cooking. Squeeze the lemon juice over the breast and season with salt and black pepper. Massage to integrate.
- Crush some maize flakes into small pieces and transfer them to a plate. In another one, add the egg whites. In a third plate, combine the oat flour with the cayenne powder.
- Place the chicken fillets in the oat and cayenne mixture, then, dip them in the egg whites and finally, coat them with the crushed maize flakes.
- Cook in the Air Fryer for 12 min at 180°C or 15 min in the oven.
- When it's ready, chop and wash some lettuce. Place a bed of lettuce on the bread and top it with a crispy breast fillet. Add a good amount of the new sugar-free honey mustard sauce
