At HSN we make our fitness sauces from more natural recipes, which includes the use of real mustard in our mustard and honey sauce, not just mustard flavoring.

This (using natural ingredients) significantly improves the sauce’s consistency and allows reducing the use of additives.

Salad with coconut and mustard honey sauce. Take note:

For 2-4 people:

  •  400g of washed iceberg lettuce leaves
  •  100g of fine dried coconut.
  •  1 tomato.
  •  1 onion.
  •  Pickles to taste.
  •  120g of cooked ham or turkey.
  •  25g flaxseed oil.
  •  Mustard and honey sauce.

With a simple prep like chopping the veggies to your liking, dicing the cooked ham, and mixing everything in a bowl, you’ve got a delicious, nutritious, and low-calorie salad.
