How to make: Banana and Yoghurt Cake

- Preheat the oven to 170°C with top and bottom heat.
- In a large bowl, add the ripe banana, yoghurt, eggs, oat flour, erythritol, whey protein (if using), chia seeds and cocoa powder.
- Blend well using a hand mixer or food processor until you obtain a smooth batter.
- Line a baking tin with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Make sure it is evenly distributed.
- Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for around 35–40 minutes. If you prefer a moister texture, you can check with a toothpick to see if it’s cooked through.
- Once out of the oven, let the cake rest for a few minutes before serving.
