How to make: Oat Doughnuts

  1. Crush the banana
  2. Mix it with the yoghurt
  3. Add the sieved oat flour into the mixture
  4. Do the same with yeast (baking powder)
  5. Add a pinch of sweetener if you want
  6. Mix everything well. Put the mixture in a pastry bag and distribute into doughnut moulds (lightly greased with coconut oil)
  7. Cook in the microwave for 5 mins
  8. Set aside to cool
  9. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the top of the doughnuts
  10. Put it in the fridge to solidify the chocolate
