    The vd that I do not know much I'm new but the little that I take is quite satiating and such the only bad thing I see is the taste of custard is that it is too concentrated tastes very sweet but the vd that you notice that it is a good product as is everything HSN but I would like to try the normal evowhey also but this I have not seen results because it has not been more time but overall well I recommend it.

    This combination of protein and oats is fantastic. The value for money is excellent and its effectiveness in providing energy and satiety is superior to protein alone. The chocolate flavor is delicious and not cloying. In addition, it digests much better than other proteins. The presentation is ideal for quick and healthy preparations.

    Sabor Custard that creamier texture is spectacular. I have tried it both to prepare pancakes and smoothies and it is really delicious and not at all cloying. If what you are looking for is to get clean weight is the ideal product.
