Protein Instant Coffee #CaféFitConQ by FoodSeries is the original preparation created by Paloma Quintana, dubbed Café Fit con Q (Fitness Coffee with Q). A formula based on naturally roasted instant coffee, defatted cocoa and whey protein concentrate.

The combination of ingredients used has been carefully selected from the highest quality raw materials to achieve an authentic version of the emblematic coffee that has conquered the palates of many of Paloma's fans in its 'home-made' version.

Protein Instant Coffee is an HSN creation inspired by our collaborator @nuticionconQ.

Protein Instant Coffee contains 69% protein from whey from grass-fed cows. A high protein content that:

High calcium content

Calcium is an important nutrient as it is a basic structural element of our bones , and therefore directly related to its maintenance under normal conditions.

It's possible that as you get older, especially during menopause, bone mineral density will decrease, meaning reaching your calcium reference values will be a particularly important goal (Finkelstein et al., 2008).

Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of bones under normal conditions.

Milk protein from grass-fed cows

Grazing is a factor that conditions the nutritional composition of the milk obtained from milking cows.

In addition, of course, to being an aspect of utmost importance to ensure the maximum welfare of the animal.

For the development of this product at HSN we use: Whey protein concentrate from grass-fed cows.

We guarantee the commitment of the so-called '5 Fs' of freedom established in the European Convention for the Protection of Animals kept for Farming Purposes.

Instant Coffee and Natural Cocoa Powder

The flavour of the product comes mainly from these two ingredients of natural origin: Coffee and Cocoa.

The coffee undergoes a freeze-drying treatment to turn it into an instant presentation, which doesn't need to be infused in order to make a coffee-based drink. This means Protein Instant Coffee, in addition to instant, is suitable for use in hot and cold liquids.

The cocoa has been defatted to reduce its cocoa butter content and achieve an incredible flavour with lower fat content. As such, one serving of the product contains only 2.1g of total fats.

Neither our coffee nor our cocoa has been roasted with sugar!

Enjoy it however you want

Protein Instant Coffee can be used in both hot and cold drinks.

We recommend avoiding extremely cold liquid, as this may adversely affect its mixing capacity.

It's best to mix the product in warm or slightly cold liquid, and add ice or cool it once reconstituted.

The same goes for hot drinks: It's best not to mix the product in liquid at boiling point, as at these temperatures it can physically damage the protein, leading to a worsening of the product's mixing capacity.

To ensure the product's properties are at their best levels, you should avoid making a hot version of the Protein Instant Coffee at boiling point.

How do you use it?

Mix 3 scoops with 300ml of water, diary milk or plant milk.

It contains 150mg of caffeine per intake, so use the product in moderation.

What can I combine with the coffee?

You can use our Protein Instant Coffee together with:

    Delicious! it can be eaten hot or cold. Solubility is good, the smell is wonderful and the taste is a spectacle, one of my favorite proteins! I add if I want more chocolate flavor a little pure cocoa, and in case you prefer more intensity, a little soluble coffee, it mixes perfectly. The only thing is that when you put it in the microwave it forms little balls like most proteins, or when you heat it with milk in a saucepan, in the case of taking it hot it is better to heat the milk first and dissolve it little by little. Highly recommended, the price is a little high.

    This coffee is something spectacular in taste, nutritional values, creaminess.... I ordered it out of curiosity one day, and now I can't have anything else for breakfast but this... I wonder when a larger format will be available?
