    The flavor is fantastic, and it works perfectly at night. I take it 30 minutes before bed and the effect is very quick. It takes a little while to dissolve in water, but nothing too bad. The only downside is the very high price. When its available, Ill opt for the Sleep Care powder (tea), as it costs almost half the price and has the same ingredients. I recommend it.

    The effectiveness of the product is excellent, but it is too sweet and cloying. I was only able to take it once and I slept very well, but it's not easy to take. It should be sweetened with stevia or another natural sweetener. As long as it's sweetened this way, I won't buy it again.

    I have been taking this product to sleep for a month and it is a joy, it leaves me KO in 30 minutes and I sleep like a king, I wake up earlier and very rested. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
