Keto Instant Coffee by KetoSeries is a food supplement in vegan powder, with a base of instant coffee and microencapsulated oil from Medium chain triglycerides (MCT), with natural anhydrous caffeine, sweetened with Inulin (Orafti®HSI).

Keto Instant Coffee is the 'bulletproof' coffee by HSN. An improved version, without sugars, 100% compatible with keto diets; and with MCT oil, much better than the classic coconut oil that is added in the original recipe.

We bring you a freeze-dried coffee prepared to mix without have to boil it to infuse the water. Our coffee:

  • Has a perfect density, a light coffee but with body.
  • Is slightly astringent to the palate, with the characteristic touch of the classic 'American roast'.
  • Has an intense flavour and intense aroma that will leave no coffee lover indifferent.

And it has great solubility in any type of drink thanks to the porosity of its granular structures and small particle diameter, which facilitate dispersion of the liquid and results in zero lumping.

MCT oil

Medium chain triglyceride oil is a type of oil that is produced from palm or coconut oil by fractionation.

It contains a higher density of fatty acids C8:0 (Caprylic acid), C10:0 (Capric acid) and C12:0 (Lauric acid), types of fatty acids sought by those on a keto diet.

Anhydrous caffeine

Instant coffee makes its caffeine content look slightly moderate, but...

And doesn't like a real jolt start in the morning? Us too!

For this, we've added a small extra dose of natural caffeine, from an extraction purified from green coffee beans, without roasting.

Orafti®HSI uses naturally sweet inulin, is extracted from the root of chicory, and presents an instantaneous solubility with a degree of sweetness of 30%.

Attention!

Keto instant coffee is not sweet, although its taste is softer and the astringency has been reduced with inulin, it still has a powerful natural coffee flavour. You can use Erythritol powder to sweeten it without adding carbohydrates.
