Keto Whey Protein from KetoSeries a vegetarian food preparation powder, based on protein isolation from whey milk, medium chain triglyceride oil and Digezyme® enzymatic complex intended for food.
The protein used in Keto Whey Protein has been obtained from the milk of pasture-fed cows, with low sugar content, and extracted by cross-flow microfiltration (CFM). A pure protein with medium chain triglyceride oil as a keto energy source.

The whey isolate used has been specifically selected for the raw material treatment guarantees and for being obtained from sustainable livestock.
Its extraction by CFM treatment ensures a reduced presence of other nutrients, so it's a protein low in sugar, processed at a controlled temperature, by mechanical filtration for extraction.
The milk from which the raw material is obtained to extract the whey milk protein from comes from grass-fed cows, fed on a free grass basis, with total guarantees of veterinary care, low degree of stress, controlled stability and other variables that guarantee the quality of the milk obtained and the natural behaviour of the animal.
MCT oil is normally found in a naturally oily format. To be able to present it in powder it is necessary to microencapsulate it.
Microencapsulation is a treatment process where small amounts of oil are coated with an agent that transforms it into a solid phase product, although small amounts of oil are contained inside.
The microencapsulation of these oils is usually made by the use of dairy products and especially polysaccharide which have carbohydrates.
Our keto product uses Arabic gum as a coating agent, a resin that does not provide metabolisable carbohydrates and is therefore 100% compatible with keto diets.
The MCT oil used comes from coconut, a natural source of these fatty acids, and NOT from palm or other sources containing unhealthy fatty acids.
The protein does not contain any animal added ingredients, so it is suitable for vegetarian diets, since the only animal derivative in its formula is the milk of the raw material (whey milk).
