What is Quinoa 454g?
Quinoa 454g by Now Foods is a food obtained from the whole quinoa grain, it is perfect for multiple recipes.
Quinoa is an herb native to the Andes. Its seeds are a widely consumed cereal because they are highly nutritious and gluten-free.
This product is GMO-free.
Quinoa 454g characteristics
This product is made only with:

This is a natural food, as it does not contain GMOs and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
How to prepare Quinoa?
To take this product, all you have to do is:
- Place the quinoa in a colander and rinse with cold water.
- Bring water to a boil (twice as much water as quinoa). Bring to a boil.
- Add the quinoa and wait 15 minutes.
- When it has absorbed the water, strain the quinoa and it is ready.
Quinoa and Raisin Crackers
Quinoa can be used in many savoury and sweet recipes, such as Quinoa Raisin Cookies:
Ingredients:
- 80g quinoa.
- 40g de Instant oat flour 2.0 biscuit and cream.
- 3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil.
- 2 eggs.
- 20g small sultanas.
- 1 tablespoon honey.
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation:
- Cook the quinoa.
- In a bowl, add the quinoa together with the oat flour, eggs, coconut oil and salt. Stir well until a
- dough is formed.
- Add the honey and sultanas. Stir well.
- Preheat the oven to 200º, and place special baking paper on the baking tray.
- With the previous dough, form the biscuits with your hands and place them on the paper.
- Finally, put them in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 170º. The biscuits should have a toasted colour.

Keep in a cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of the smallest children.
How to take
For 1 cup of quinoa you will need 2 cups of water or stock. Place the quinoa in a colander and rinse with cold water. Place the water or stock in a pan and boil. Add the quinoa and lower the heat. Cover the pan and allow the quinoa to cook for at least 15 minutes or until the liquid has all been absorbed. When the quinoa is ready, remove the pan and drain the quinoa. Serve it and enjoy!
