Ingredients:
- 80 g quinoa.
- 40 g Instant Oat Flour cookie and cream flavor.
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil.
- 2 eggs.
- 20 g small sultana raisins.
- 1 tablespoon honey.
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation:
- Cook the quinoa.
- In a bowl, add the quinoa along with the oat flour, eggs, coconut oil, and salt. Mix well until you get a dough.
- Add the honey and raisins. Mix thoroughly.
- Preheat the oven to 200º, while placing special baking paper on the tray.
- With the dough, shape the cookies by hand and place them on the paper.
- Finally, put them in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 170º. You should get cookies with a toasted color.
