  • Effective in contributing to a better sleep although somewhat lumpy dust

    I bought this supplement to help me fall asleep earlier and sleep better. I used to take the HSN brand GABA supplement and the truth is that I notice no difference in the effectiveness in terms of being able to sleep better and fall asleep more easily. The only downside is that the powdered aspect of the supplement is a bit lumpy. I combine it with HSN's 5-HTP supplement.

  • Good to mix into an evening glass of water.

    Half a teaspoon into 200ml, relaxes before sleep. Possibly good for some HGH spike if go to bed before 23:00 too to catch circadian rhythms ;) Combine with Magnesium bisglycinate if you wish.

    I changed several things in my supplementation over the same period and even if at that time I greatly improved the quality of my sleep, I can't be sure that it is from GABA, which I consume much less of today
