    It was recommended to me to help me rest and it has been a success. The capsules are easy to swallow, without taste, although when you open the bottle the smell of lavender is very pleasant. So far I have only taken them to sleep, I also want to try their effect during the day. In my case they make me fall asleep earlier and have a deeper sleep, waking up more rested. From now on I can't do without them.

    I don't know if it is a placebo effect but it helps me to relax, especially at night to fall asleep. In addition I do not repeat it as it happens in some opinions I have read. I agree that just opening the bottle is very pleasant the smell it gives off. I just hope that over time my body does not get used to it, although to prevent this I will probably not use it daily.

    It helps to fall asleep especially in times of stress or days when you are more upset, I used to take it after workouts in the afternoon-evening and it was very good for me to rest and sleep like a baby.
