Black cohosh extract [Actaea racemosa, root, standardized to 2,5% total triterpenic glycosides, calculated as 27-deoxyactein (2 mg)], licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root), dong quai (Angelica sinensis, rhizome/root), capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], rice flour, tapioca maltodextrin, anti-caking agent [fatty acids (vegetable source)].

For now I don't know how it's going because I haven't had it long, although the menstrual pain continues, hopefully by next month it will subside, although I have to say that before taking them I couldn't even walk because of the pain. What I do know is that the pill should not be left in my mouth too long because it tastes very strong.
