Black Cohosh extract (Actaea racemosa) (root) [standardized to 5% total triterpenic glycosides, calculated as 27-deoxyiacetine (4mg)], licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Dong Quai extract (Angelica sinensis) (rhizome/root), glazing agent [cellulose (capsule)], rice flour, anti-caking agent [magnesium stearate (vegetable source)].

For now I don't know how it's going because I haven't had it long, although the menstrual pain continues, hopefully by next month it will subside, although I have to say that before taking them I couldn't even walk because of the pain. What I do know is that the pill should not be left in my mouth too long because it tastes very strong.
