  1. Whisk the egg in a bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Knead until you achieve a smooth dough.
  4. Place the dough between two pieces of baking paper and flatten with a rolling pin or similar.
  5. Remove the top paper and straighten the edges with a spatula.
  6. Score horizontal and vertical lines with a knife or pizza cutter, to make squares as shown in the video.
  7. Sprinkle with more flaky salt if desired.
  8. Bake for 10-12 min at 165°C.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
  10. Separate the squares and enjoy alone or with your favorite dip.
