- Whisk the egg in a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
- Knead until you achieve a smooth dough.
- Place the dough between two pieces of baking paper and flatten with a rolling pin or similar.
- Remove the top paper and straighten the edges with a spatula.
- Score horizontal and vertical lines with a knife or pizza cutter, to make squares as shown in the video.
- Sprinkle with more flaky salt if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 min at 165°C.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
- Separate the squares and enjoy alone or with your favorite dip.
