- Add all the seeds to a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth and uniform.
- Add the eggs to the bowl with the seeds, then add the almond flour and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Knead the mixture until you obtain a smooth, even dough.
- Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out to the desired thickness.
- Remove the top sheet and, using a spatula, straighten the edges to create an even shape.
- Score horizontal and vertical lines with a knife or pizza cutter to form squares, as shown in the video.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes at 175 °C (350 °F) or until the surface is golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Separate the squares and enjoy your crackers on their own or with your favourite dip.
