  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 5 cardamom pods
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (or ground cinnamon)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (you can substitute it with erythritol for a lower-calorie version)
  • 4 scoops of maca powder
  • Peel of 1 orange, chopped

  1. Bring the water to the boil in a small saucepan and add the ginger together with the cardamom pods.
  2. Add the cinnamon and let it boil for a further 5 minutes.

  4. Serve hot, or leave it to cool to enjoy it as a refreshing summer drink.
