    It really is 100% Ceylon, nothing of lower quality Chinese cinnamon, with intense flavor and a very appetizing and fresh smell. I highly recommend it. As always the ZIP does not close once opened, something mythical in HSN.

    Flavor, color and texture characteristic of true Ceylon cinnamon. It could be priced even more competitively with other brands or solutions, but it's still very good cinnamon. I will analyze its effects vs cassia cinnamon in terms of biological benefits and effects on the liver.
