Alpha-lipoic acid, grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera, standardized for polyphenols), black pepper extract (fruit), capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)], anti-caking agents [magnesium salts of fatty acids (plant source), silicon dioxide].

I was taking the indicated dose for a while without noticing much improvement until I doubled the amount every other day. Best to always take on an empty stomach or after many hours of eating. Powerful antiox and improves energy levels.
