This pack has been designed for long workouts or for an event or competition that lasts several hours. Therefore, it will be used as an intra-workout drink, following these instructions:

600-750ml of cold water
1 scoop of Cluster Dextrin
1 scoop of Palatinose
0.5 or 1 scoop of Evordx 2.0

Just before you start, take 1 vegetable capsule of caffeine.

CARBOHYDRATE LOADING

To prepare for an event or competition, it is advisable to mix 0.5 scoop of Palatinose and 0.5 scoop of Amylopectin in 500ml of water between the meals, from two to three times a day, 3-4 days before the competition.

First outing and without doing the loads, in 65 kilometers cycling and lowered all my times, it is quite noticeable especially in maintaining the high intensity and is the first shot I think it will improve with more shots.
