Vegan Protein Oatmeal Porridge is a food preparation made with whole oats, other carbs like buckwheat, millet, quinoa, or amaranth, and plant-based proteins (pea, rice, hemp), plus iron and vitamin B12. This way, we achieve a complete amino acid profile and interesting nutritional values.

All this makes these porridges a great choice for breakfast or a snack. About 45% of this product is protein, while sugars don’t even reach 1%. This porridge is perfect for anyone, especially vegans or vegetarians who lead a healthy lifestyle and care about their nutrition.

HOW TO TAKE IT?

  • Heat 160 ml of water in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  • Slowly add 2 scoops (50 g) to the bowl of water.
  • While adding the product, stir with a spoon to get a better consistency and creaminess and avoid lumps.

WHEN TO TAKE IT?

  • Any time is good to enjoy oatmeal porridge, but it fits best at breakfast or snack time.
