This new HSN pack is a sampling pack of the improved version of our instant oat flour. It is made up by five 1kg bags of instant oat flour, which means that you will get 5kg of oat flour of different flavors at a spectacular price.

Instant Oat Flour is ideal for breakfast and to mix with your proteins. Low Glycemic Index Carbohydrates, sustained energy supply.
This carbohydrate is made of oat flour with or without flavor, ready-to-mix, with sweetener. Oats are regarded as the fitness food to stay in shape!
Oats are an ingredient that should not be missing from shakes, breakfasts and other meals included in sportspeople's diets since it is an excellent source of low GI complex carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, fiber and micronutrients.
It is advisable to adjust the amount of product according to our weight, physical aspect and objectives. In general, it would be between 50-100g or 1 or 2 scoops of oat flour.
Breakfast
It is the perfect ingredient to cook breakfasts:
- If you want something quick: mix 1 scoop of Oat Flour and 1 scoop of Whey Protein Concentrate.
- If you prefer, you can cook a pancake with Oat Flour and Egg Whites.
Afternoon
A delicious recipe consists of combining Oat Flour along with Whipped Fresh Cheese or Greek Yogurt.
Before Physical Activity
It is a very good choice for sportspeople as a pre-workout meal for exercises that will involve a high wear or a long time. A good option would be to consume Oat Flour with a drink of our choice and add 1 spoonful of Peanut Butter.
Before going to sleep

Ingredients
Oat (gluten) flour, flavouring, sodium chloride, natural flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), thickener (xanthan gum).

How to take INSTANT OAT FLOUR 1Kg APPLE PIE
Mix 4 scoops of 50ml (approx. 100g) with 350ml of water, milk or juice. Or mix 2 scoops (approx. 50g) with 175ml of water, milk or juice. To make your own pancakes, mix 2 scoops (approx. 50g) with egg whites (approx. 175ml).

Flavors quite successful especially if we talk about cookie with cream that tastes like cookie maria, I have mixed it with casein cookie of the same brand and is spectacular, however, there are others like strawberry cheesecake which I do not advise anyone, I love cheesecake but it tastes just bad strawberry gum. the brownie flavor before chocolate always. All tested with water.

Delicious variety of oatmeal and many options to choose from...I'm trying the gingerbread one now and it's very tasty...I've tried peanuts, brownie, cheesecake, speculous, cookies and cream....all very good...I'll keep buying as long as they have them.

This is my first time trying instant oatmeal and I found this pack to be a very practical option. You can try different flavors without committing to just one, and thus discover your favorites. Good choice to start with.
