How to take these products?

I like this pack, it is very complete while being very simple, plus the gift bag is very practical as a different Christmas gift. For my part I bought 2, one for me that I have been training for a long time, since the price is great for everything it brings; and another for my boy, who is starting to train and is also going very well. Recommended.
