How to take these products?

To ensure maximum efficacy of these products, first mix a ½ 5ml (approx. 1.5g) scoop of Glucomannan powder with water, juice, or drink of your choice, 3 times a day (approx. 4.5g) preferably 20-30 minutes before each main meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

You should also take 3 vegetable capsules of Evoblocker once a day 15 minutes before the main meal with the highest carbohydrate and fat intake. If you have cheat meals, you should use them before the meal to avoid the impact of the meal as much as possible.

Finally, take 2 vegetable capsules of Evoburn with breakfast, pre-workout lunch, and dinner; and 1 vegetable capsule of Evodren with breakfast and 1 with dinner.

What a great pack the HSN friends have put together. It contains everything we need to get down to work and face fat once and for all. I really like the thermogenic Evoburn, because you can feel its effectiveness but without being so nervous. Evodren is sensational for eliminating accumulated liquids. I use Evoblocker at the weekend.
