Evowhey Protein 500g - SportSeries

Evowhey Protein is a protein formula made of whey protein concentrate with a 70% of pure protein, with barely any fat nor sodium, and with a low amount of carbohydrates.

It is an excellent protein formula that provides more than 25g of protein per serving (depending on the flavor), and which will contribute to the creation of muscle tissues and to preserving the muscle mass.

Evowhey Protein by HSN is a protein with a high biological value and with a high amino acid profile, among which it provides BCAA's and glutamine.

HOW TO CONSUME?

It is recommended to maintain a constant intake of proteins in order to experience the best results. We suggest following this pattern combined with a workout routine for 4 weeks at least:

  • Evowhey: According to the protein requirements, take as many servings as necessary. Each shake should be made with 1-2 scoops, mixed in water or milk.

WHEN TO CONSUME?

  • Evowhey: It can be taken after waking up, before and/or after training, and/or between the meals.

    I use the whey every day and am really happy with it. White chocolate and melon yoghurt are particularly tasty. It's also great mixed with 150 ml of water, a handful of frozen berries and 1 teaspoon of psyllium husks.
