Evoenergy Hydrogel is the lightest version of our Evoenergy Gels. The consistency of the sachet content is highly fluid, with a watery profile and much milder flavour (due to greater dilution) compared to other more concentrated gel options available in our catalogue.

All of this is achieved without compromising the nutritional quality of the gels, as they still contain good levels of sodium (120mg per unit), with 30g of carbohydrates in each one, and 100mg of caffeine in the caffeinated versions.

Hydrogels are ideal for athletes with sensitive digestion.

Tips for Using 'Hydro' Gels

With the reduced density of the Hydro version gels, they are now easier than ever to use, as they are easily consumed along with your usual sports drink, without needing additional water during physical activity.

Their lower carbohydrate concentration compared to denser alternatives makes Hydro gels a perfect option for athletes looking for a more convenient and simple gel to use.

Combining Hydrogels with Other Products

Gels are always considered an addition to the tools available for replenishing fluids, energy sources consumed during physical activity, and electrolytes lost through sweat.

    It comes in handy in competition to find that extra when fatigue starts to set in. I tried it the other day for the first time on a long run and I noticed it a lot, with caffeine on top. Very good lemon flavor.
