Fig Paste from FoodSeries is a spread (with a denser, paste-like consistency) made from whole dried figs, offering an incredible texture and delicious flavour, prepared with simple ingredients. Only the best for you.

Figs are a natural sweetener, with naturally occurring sugars embedded in their food matrix. These are not added or free sugars, but part of the whole fruit. A truly healthy way to add sweetness, perfect for mindful eating.

    I didn't know the product but I found it very interesting and useful. I use it for sandwiches on the bike or trail rides and it works great. Good taste. Not cloying. Feels very good and easy to digest. It is also more natural than preparations and gels. I feel very good and goes well with fruits or salty to vary or complete the loads. With HSN's nut creams, it's a great des.
