    I had never taken probiotics exclusively for women and it has been a success. For two reasons, 1. I recommend it if you do not tolerate probiotics at all (something that happens to me with some) because this probiotic has very little dose - so your gut will tolerate it better. 2. I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my intestines and my skin (something I never expected).
