It is a supplement that is noticeable after 1-2 months as many reviews indicate. But it is magic, it helps me a lot in my six breads morning long distance run. Highly recommended. Right now I'm waiting for them to be in stock to buy again.

Good anti-inflammatory

My daughter takes it because she has an inflammatory disease and although it is not like a drug, it helps her to live without having to take drugs that bother her stomach on a daily basis. She takes it along with other supplements such as PEA, harpagofito, magnesium and being the one with the Boswellin patent makes it more effective. Good value for money and good quantity per pill.
