It helps you when you do not follow a Spartan diet, but it does not work miracles either. I didn't notice any significant change that would justify buying it on an ongoing basis.

It is Mango tract. I was quite surprised that it satiates and reduces the urge to snack between meals. Although I have the feeling that it loses its effect over time.
