How to make: Vegan Butter with Soy Lecithin
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor, bar the coconut oil, until they are well ground.
- Then add the coconut oil bit by bit so that it blends well with the ground mix.
- Once blended and ground together, Pour the mixture into a container, cover, then put it in the fridge for a few hours until the mass gains consistency.
- Take it out the fridge and serve as you wish.
