How to make: Vegan Butter with Soy Lecithin

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor, bar the coconut oil, until they are well ground.
  2. Then add the coconut oil bit by bit so that it blends well with the ground mix.
  3. Once blended and ground together, Pour the mixture into a container, cover, then put it in the fridge for a few hours until the mass gains consistency.
  4. Take it out the fridge and serve as you wish.
