- Blend the frozen berries with the Evocasein 2.0 strawberry flavour and a little water.
- Chop the Dark Chocolate Bar (sugar-free) and melt in the microwave in 30-second batches.
- Cover a pair of silicone chocolate moulds with a very thin layer.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Spread the red berry mixture to form the filling of the tablets.
- Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Cover with the rest of the dark chocolate and leave to cool for a further 5 minutes.
- Now you have your delicious, high-protein, filled chocolate bars!
