How to make: Coconut and Beetroot Bars

  1. In a bowl, combine the coconut oil, cashew butter and sucralose and mix well.
  2. Add the beetroot powder and continue stirring.
  3. Once the ingredients are well integrated, add the coconut powder and stir again.
  4. Add the mixture to a mould and freeze.
  5. Melt the chocolate bar.
  6. Dip each bar in the chocolate.
