Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter at room temperature

- 5 g baking powder

- 150 ml milk, plant-based drink, or water
- 1 scoop Keto Instant Coffee by KetoSeries
- 100-150 g mascarpone or cream cheese

- Mix all the cake ingredients in a bowl and integrate well.
- Divide the mixture between two lightly greased cups (or put in a small mould).
- Cook in the microwave for 2.5-3 minutes at maximum power.
- Carefully unmould and wash the cups.
- Cut the sponge cake into 3 slices of the same thickness.
- Mix the milk with the Instant Keto Coffee and integrate.
- Dip the biscuits quickly into the Keto Coffee mixture, so that they don't absorb too much liquid.
- Place the first layer of sponge cake in a cup, cover with mascarpone and place another sponge cake on top.
- Repeat until a layer of cheese is finished.
- Sprinkle with the Keto Creamy Cocoa.
