- 2 tablespoons of FoodSeries Choccafit
- 5g of FoodSeries Coconut Powder
- 1 egg
- 100ml of dairy or plant milk
- 3g of baking powder

How to make: Snickerdoodle Cake
- Add all the ingredients (except chocolate and grated coconut) and beat together until you get the dough for the sponge cake.
- Pour into a microwave-safe mould and cook for 4 minutes at maximum power.
- Let it cool and then cut in half and fill with choccafit to taste. Finish by decorating it with grated coconut.
