How to make: Hake en Papillote

  1. Line a sheet of aluminium foil with oil and spread over the vegetables. Cut enough foil so that you have enough to also cover everything over.
  2. Next, add the fish, salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil and juice of half a lemon. Then cover with the aluminium foil.
  3. Stick it in the pre-heated over and cook for around 15-20mins at 180º.
