- Season the potato wedges with your favourite spices and cook them in the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 185°C, until golden and crispy.
- Hydrate the textured pea protein, drain well and cook it in a pan with your preferred spices (such as garlic, onion powder, cayenne, cumin or black pepper) until golden and well seasoned.
- Prepare the healthy dressing by mixing the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. You can use vegan yoghurt sauce, ketchup, and a splash of pickle juice for an extra flavour boost.
- Wash and dry the lettuce, and add the diced tomato, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced pickles.
