- Preheat the oven for 7 minutes at 200ºC.
- Put some baking paper on the oven tray and the salmon on top (with the scales touching the baking paper).
- Add the thick salt, lemon slices and dill on top.

- Cook for 10 minutes at 170ºC.
- During this time, cook the veggies in a pan after cutting them in small pieces.
- Pour some oil in the pan, wait until it is hot. Then, add the garlic cloves, vegetables, salt and black pepper.
- Once the salmon is ready, you can serve it as you want.
- Serve the salmon in a tray with the veggies.
