How to make: Fit Cinnamon Rolls for Christmas

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl and then add the rest of the dough ingredients. Mix until everything is well integrated and then form a dough.
  2. Stretch out on a table with a little Cinnamon (so it doesn't stick).
  3. Mix some erythritol with Cinnamon.
  4. Cut two strips and sprinkle the erythritol mixture on top.
  5. Roll one strip up, then put on the other and continue rolling.
  6. Stick it in a mould and cook for 6 min in the air fryer at 190ºC, or in the oven for about 10 min at 180ºC.
  7. Prepare the frosting with the protein by adding the water little by little, making sure it doesn't get too runny.
