- 10g BioSeries Organic 100% Ghee Clarified Butter
- 50g FoodSeries Instant Oat Flour
- 30g SportSeries Evowhey Protein 2.0 cookie or ginger flavour
- 1 tablespoon of FoodSeries Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
- 5g baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. of FoodSeries Gum Arabic Powder
- FoodSeries Erythritol Powder

- Beat the egg in a bowl and then add the rest of the dough ingredients. Mix until everything is well integrated and then form a dough.
- Stretch out on a table with a little Cinnamon (so it doesn't stick).
- Mix some erythritol with Cinnamon.
- Cut two strips and sprinkle the erythritol mixture on top.
- Roll one strip up, then put on the other and continue rolling.
- Stick it in a mould and cook for 6 min in the air fryer at 190ºC, or in the oven for about 10 min at 180ºC.
- Prepare the frosting with the protein by adding the water little by little, making sure it doesn't get too runny.
