  4. Shape it into a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it’s about 2–3 cm thick, and cut out round pieces.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 180ºC.
  7. Once out of the oven, cover half of each piece with melted dark chocolate, and sprinkle the other half with vanilla whey protein and shredded coconut.
