- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Add the eggs and coconut oil to a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
- Add the flours and cinnamon, along with the orange and lemon juice and zest.
- Stir in the date paste and nuts (set some aside for decorating).
- Mix well and add a pinch of salt and the baking powder. Stir again and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and shape the dough into a ring. Decorate with the reserved nuts and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
